We decided to chose DRAKE because the following 3 reasons:
1. We are very interested in the location of this apartment, it's so close to the Western Canada High School. Our son will going to this school after two years, and he can save a lot traffic times instead to do more homework.
2. We do like the completed date for this apartment. In two years we don't have to pay mortgage for this one, and after two years, the building will be done and it's just right time to send my son to High School.
3. We are accorded polite reception from all Drake staff. They are also patient to answer our questions and give us more details of this building. That's very helpful to us.
