Drake Loves Demolition

The original buildings on the corner of 7th St and 15th Ave SW are down and Drake's about to go up!

July was a milestone month for us. We achieved our 50% pre-construction sales target which meant demolition could start, and another 11 homeowners decided to make Drake their new pad. (Oh, and there was this little thing called the stampede.)

If you haven't stopped by lately, you should definitely check out the demolition. We've still got a great selection of homes to choose from (and some really nice coffee too!).
